SELF-TRUST & SALES

A no is a moment. What will you learn from it?

Look at the facts of a setback before making it a story about yourself.

01

Write down what happened

A customer declined. An idea was not selected. A plan did not work. Describe the event in one factual sentence before adding your explanation.

02

Ask a question that respects the answer

When a question is welcome, ask what mattered in the decision. Listen without trying to argue the person into a different answer. When it is not welcome, respect the boundary.

03

Choose one adjustment

Was the timing wrong? Was the offer unclear? Did you understand their priority? Pick one thing to review or practice before the next attempt. A lesson is useful when it changes an action.
