Information you choose to share

Adult inquiry, quiz follow-up, and family interest forms collect your email, optional or required name as indicated, selected interests, and the information you choose to enter. We store the submitted response, consent record, and submission time to respond, plan relevant services, and understand demand for future resources.

Children’s privacy

Forms are for people aged 18 and older. Do not submit children’s names, dates of birth, diagnoses, recordings, or other personal information. The game has no speech analysis, account, or child profile. An optional adult narrator recorder requests microphone access only after an adult chooses to record. Recordings stay in the page’s memory, are never uploaded, and are removed when the page is reloaded or closed. Do not record child voices or personal information. Game choices are not saved to our database. The playground’s matching and pattern choices remain in page memory for this visit. Its session guide is generated on the device. Quiz choices and journal text are not automatically sent to the embedded contact forms. Family resource interest forms send only the information an adult chooses to enter in Diginetics.

Browser-only practices

The adult practice tracker stores chapter checkmarks in this browser’s local storage. You can clear a chapter using its control or remove all local data through your browser settings. If you choose device saving, quiz answers, journal drafts, and listening notes are kept in local browser storage between visits. Anyone using that browser may access them. Each practice has a clear-draft control; browser settings can remove all local data. Without device saving, notes last for the current visit. Private writing is not included with follow-up submissions. Downloads are created on your device. Workbooks can be opened without a signup. Their private contents remain local and are not automatically emailed.

Consent and contact

Inquiry permission covers responding to your request. Quiz and family forms ask permission for related updates. Follow-up from embedded forms is managed through Diginetics; completing a form does not automatically email your private workbook. To withdraw permission, request access or deletion, or correct a response, email Info@JaspalSingh.io. Responses will be reviewed and retained only while useful for the stated purpose, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Hosting and external links

This website uses Netlify hosting. Hosting providers may process technical access information under their own policies. Adult contact forms and the children’s book contact form are embedded from Diginetics. Information you enter there is submitted to that service; its scripts may process technical information and manage cookies or consent. Family resource interest forms are also embedded from Diginetics. Amazon, media interviews, ASHA, and ECO 180 are external services with their own privacy terms. We do not sell submitted information. Private journal writing is not passed into embedded forms.
