JASPAL SINGHAUTHOR & COACHWork with Jaspal

PERSONAL COACHING · SALES DEVELOPMENT · COMPANY WORKSHOPS

Help your people handle the moments that matter.

A difficult conversation. A hesitant salesperson. A team meeting that ends without a clear decision. Bring the situation to Jaspal Singh and build the skills to handle it with more understanding and direction.

Know what to say.
Know what to ask.
Know your next step.

You can know your product and still lose your place when a customer pushes back. You can lead a team and still spend the day untangling details nobody wrote down.

We work on your actual situations: customer objections, difficult conversations, competing priorities, and unclear handoffs. I help you turn them into a repeatable process: understand the context, rehearse a response, capture the important details, and review what happened when you tried it.

THE EXPERIENCE I BRING

Real calls.
Real context.
Room to rehearse.

I’ve built and developed sales teams from one person to approximately fifteen, and led training settings with forty or more participants.

We worked with simulations, live conversations, note taking, and systems for catching issues earlier. We focus on your people, your customers, and the way your team communicates and follows through.

YOUR FIRST SESSION

A real situation.
A different response.
One step to take home.

You don’t need to arrive with the right language. Tell me what keeps happening. We’ll make it concrete enough to work on.

  1. Find the moment.

What was said? What did you hear? What happened next? We look at the details before deciding what they mean.

  2. Try another way.

Practice a question, a pause, a reframing exercise, or a clearer handoff. Use the book where its ideas fit the situation.

  3. Make it repeatable.

Choose an action, a time to try it, and something to notice. Bring that experience back into the next conversation.

Discuss your team’s needs

Good questions before we begin.

What do you mean by NLP?

NLP means neurolinguistic programming. I draw on it as a way to reflect on language, patterns, perspective, and responses. My work focuses on everyday communication and practice rather than clinical treatment.

What training do you have?

I am self-taught through books, observation, lived experience, and business practice. I do not claim an NLP certification or clinical qualification.

Can you work with my business or industry?

Yes. We start with your goals, your customer conversations, and the way your team works. We agree a format and scope around those needs before beginning.

What does it cost?

Pricing is by inquiry. Scope, format, location, and the people involved determine the proposal. Coaching is educational and is not therapy or a guarantee of sales results.
